SPECIAL VISITORS AT THE SCOTTVILLE FARMER’S MARKET IN 2009
The Whitney family paid us a visit, while biking across the United States, Saturday morning. Dad and Mom and four children began their journey on July 30th from their home in Salem, Oregon. They had come across Lake Michigan on the Badger. While mom, Annette, and dad, Marcus shopped for a picnic lunch from our area vendors; the children enjoyed making slime at the children’s activity tent. Ariel, age 7; Asa, age 8; Abby, age 10 and Elizabeth, age 12 joined mom and dad for their lunch, and then were back on the road again to St. Johnsville, New York. This adventurous family plans on accomplishing this by mid October.
